Conclusions

As we are a people dedicated to God, in which he has repeatedly demanded his children to worship him only, and that the concept of race is non-existent as we are all his children, and we are to love our neighbor, and that God has instituted marriage between man and woman. Furthermore:

·      Whereas, we are to respect and honor the “higher powers”; the three branches of government, i.e. Executive, Legislative, and Judicial, make up these “higher powers” (Man made trinity);

·      Whereas, the government have said that anything that is repugnant to the constitution is void; a non-God-center-marriage is repugnant to those that believe in God; the Constitution clearly states the government can make no law concerning religion;[1] the Constitution has no provision concerning marriages; the 9^th,[2] and 10^th,[3] amendments clearly show the people have authority and power;

·      Whereas, the Constitution is a Common Law document; Congress has declared the Holy Bible as the word of God; the Common Law is based on the Law of God; agents of the government have given an oath or affirmation to protect and defend the Constitution;

·      Whereas, the marriage license is about race, and since there is only one race, thus the race concept is separating God’s children; viewing husband and wife as separate beings; denies a marriage centered on God; whatever we bind or set free on earth is also done in heaven;[4]

·      Whereas, the Common Law marriage is denied by most States, makes marriage with a license[5] a new tradition of men;[6] The State has the power to dissolve their creation making a lawful marriage impossible; replacing God as the center of the marriage;

·      Whereas, we were baptized into the Father’s Kingdom[7] why would we subject ourselves to the laws of men? Respect and honor the “higher powers”, do not participate in the immorality of the world’s deeds.[8]

Therefore, the marriage license should be discontinued among those who wish to maintain a God-Centered lifestyle. We should turn our ways away from the marriage license; unless your choice of life partner is being denied for any reason or potentially threaten by the government, in which case the “higher powers” may sanction for the necessities of living, protection, and commerce. Regardless of what the state does or claims, when we marry, we need to stay married; respect, honor our vows, honor our words before God, cherish our loved ones: people are to keep God’s commandments, as it is important to keep God first in our lives and deeds. Not just honoring with our lips, and then doing acts that are not God-centered activities, i.e. hypocrisy.

Does this mean that if you have a marriage license that you have rejected God? That is between you and your God; do not ask any man to judge you. As we must separate church (the people) and State (government), while government is to keep out of religion and people are to join in the Kingdom of Heaven, we need to examine the activities of the government, to keep it, and ourselves in line with our God. We do not want to stand before God, as Adam & Eve did, and say, “it is what we were told to do, so we did it”;[9] the people keep repeating the same mistake, as they did when Adam and Eve rejected God by not believing in his word[10] and the people rejected God[11] as King,[12] and Jesus as King.[13] We are responsible for our actions; we cannot blame others.

Since Governments determine foreign, alien status, or is involved with immigration, getting married to someone from another country may pose a problem. You might need protection from the government to prevent the government from invalidating your Common Law marriage and separating what God has joined in holy matrimony. Granted that you both may be in the Kingdom of Heaven but all to often the government does not recognize God. Thus, you may need the marriage license. While you enter into a contract with the state, separating you from God, you do so under threat, duress, and coercion: fear from government potential immoral actions. Thus, all who enter into an agreement under these conditions have not separated themselves from God as the loving couple were not willing participants. It is being done to protect your love one. A man’s protective obligation is first to whom he loves, actually, children first, wife second, others third and himself last.

As the marriage is a civil contract,[14] and a contract is an obligation, a maxim of law is: An obligation without consideration, or on a false consideration, or on unlawful consideration, cannot have any effect. The Marriage license can be revoked, renounced, terminated, or declared invalid due to fraud, as you were not fully informed of the consequences or given full disclosure; non-full disclosure in any contract is fraud. When the contract is fraudulent, it is void ab initio, for fraud vitiates everything (Black, 1891). Many people have revoked their marriage license to go back to God.

On the other hand, you can keep the license and ask for forgiveness, as it is your private affair. Most of us had no clue as to the truth and being denied comprehension of the old traditions. None-the-less, you must choose between; being a Citizen of the World following the new traditions of men in Godless activities; or make up your own reason for maintaining this new tradition; or be a part of the Kingdom of Heaven, binding our marriages there.

What if you have been married and are now divorced, or your desired spouse is divorced? Romans 6:2-3 “For the woman that hath a husband is bound by law to the husband while he liveth; but if the husband die, she is discharged from the law of the husband. So then if, while the husband liveth, she be joined to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if the husband die, she is free from the law, so that she is no adulteress, though she be joined to another man.”[15] I assume this also implies the same for the husband and wife being with anyone. Why bring further insult or injury to the one you gave or implied an oath, to “have and to hold.” Some will say there is also a clause for “better or worse.” Again, that is between you, your spouse, and God. Man is not to judge each other; we are however, to forgive one another.[16] All I can do is repeat the words of my King: Go and sin no more. Find love, it is all about love, love is what God is all about. Loving your neighbor, yourself, God is all about love.[17] Mercy, forgiveness, celebrations, kindness, giving, living, helping others, saving, and repenting is all based on love:[18] it is all about love; and love is all about God,[19] and marriage is all about love. We have been living in confusing times and have been told lies. If you were married with a license, were you actually married or just legally co-habiting? We need to get back to our roots. The past is the past and the truth of it is, no one should be forced to live in a loveless marriage or be denied the love between hearts; the marriage died, maybe not physically but it has emotionally. We are to love God with all our heart, mind, body, and spirit, we are to love our neighbors as ourselves: this indicates loving ourselves is primal, assumed and accepted. Love brings people together. If we marry and become one, then we love our spouse with equally assumed and accepted vigor as ourselves, and God. If not, then it is a dead marriage, and you will part in one way or another. If the marriage is dead emotionally and mentally, I believe you are free to marry as long as you both agree it is dead. Still, we need to treat marriage as if it will be the only one and not the next one.

As stated and again I remind the reader, for the most part this is not information of the validity of same or one-gender marriages. While it has been touched upon, this information is about the marriage license and race. Can one-gender couples create a Common Law marriage? That is for others to determine. I am not opposed to the concept as it does not affect me, it is none of my business, and it will not change my orientation preference; marriage is a private affair. I am to love my neighbors as I would myself. If we are to get into this arena, then do we also stick our noses into transgender, transvestites, or men or women with sex change operations? If a man changes his sex, then whom is he to marry? If he marries a woman, it would appear to be same-gender marriage, and if he marries a man, it would be by birth a same-gender marriage. If we keep our noses out of private affairs, then we will not have try and determine who can marry whom; they decided for themselves. This by no means we need to remain mute about our own beliefs, as this is done under freedom of the press, freedom of speech, expressing of my faith, and we need to stop judging others. We are not perfect; I am not perfect. This is created from my point of view: man, woman, and whether or not the license is a valid alternative to a Common Law marriage. Have I been successful in this endeavor of a loving marriage under Common Law? Not in the least. I have made errors like so many others due to not being informed or by being deceived.

Comprehension of the joining of two people into one flesh[20] is the basis of the trinity and our relationship with God; Loves joins, bonds us together. This is not about equality; it is about relationships. The King of kings, Lord of lords, our savior, submits to God the Father: stands before The Father and pleads in our behalf; [21] as a wife submits to her husband,[22] as children submit to their parents,[23] created by, in the image of, so does man submit to Christ. Disallowing the Common Law marriage and taking a government issued license is disruption in the natural order and instills confusion in our relationship with God, our spouses, children, neighbors, and our selves.[24] The Husband is to be in his Wife, as the Son is in the Father, and the Wife is to be in Husband as the Father is in the Son: this is Love. Does the Father or the Son; Our God, need permission by government to be one? The trinity itself cannot exist without a marriage license? It is a little thing, and the little things change the world and our perception. With or without the marriage license, husbands are to treat their wife[25] as he would treat God; for in her heart resides love, forgiveness and far more joy than any man deserves. Stand before the Son, as you would want Christ to stand before God The Father.[26]

Brothers, sisters, and mothers, thank you for your time to rediscover marriage, coverture, the truth about the marriage license, and race, at least from my point of view. In the name of the King, of the Kingdom of Heaven, I submit this document for educational purposes for all.

Our Father, which dwells in Heaven. Holly is His Name. His Kingdom comes; His will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily needs. Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those that trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, and deliver us from evil. 
For His is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.[27]

Race

The marriage license was created based on the concept of interracial marriage. Nevertheless, what is race? Does it really exist? If you were blind, could you tell the difference between different “races”, or is it in fact just skin deep?

Essentially, there are no races; we are all the same. Major differences are due to culture, traditions, religion, and lifestyle, and/or hatred. The physical differences we see are no more than skin deep. Race is only a thought; it comes from the judging of each other, and our different cultures, traditions, religion, and languages, of which we come from. It comes from hating someone who has not done you any harm, thus is against the commandment “love thy neighbor”, and is repugnant to God. We can see even today that people are still racist. Race is a reason to hate others. Hitler killed the Jewish people, because he did not believe they were good enough to be part of ‘his race’ and he was not even German. Everyone, no matter what the color, is different to every other man or woman (Caldwell, 2013).

Even the word “human” is a misnomer, as the old bible does not use the word human. I will admit that some translations of the bible do use the word human being, however, I maintain it is incorrect translation. However, the Septuagint uses the term “human beings” only one time; the meaning is identical to the definitions in law books. Let us look at the last verse of the book of Jonah, where Nineva was full of men who were unrepentant, unregenerate, unconverted, wicked, sinful, dissolute, cruel, depraved, unenlightened, rejected the importance of a belief in God. In other words: “human beings”. Jonah 4:11 (Septuagint), “shall not I spare Nineva, the great city, in which dwell more than twelve myriads of human beings, who do not know their right hand or their left hand...?” The King James version calls them “Persons”; the “human beings” of Nineva did not know their right hand or their left because they did not know the Truth, and were lost; they did not know God, they were separated from God. However, those human beings were willing to turn from their ways learn the things of God, He spared that city from destruction. Matthew 18:8 “Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven”. Let is see what is bound in the law dictionaries concerning Human being:

·      In Balantine’s Self Pronouncing Law Dictionary, 1948: Human Being is defined as “Monster”. In addition this same Law Dictionary: Monster is defined as “a human being by birth, in some part resembling a lower animal”.

·      In Webster’s New World Dictionary, Third College Edition, 1988, a Monster is defined as “a person cruel, wicked, depraved, etc., as to horrify others”.

·      From the Random House Dictionary of the English Language, 2nd Edition: Human Being is defined as a “Natural man: unenlightened or unregenerate”. Unregenerate means “not regenerate; unrepentant; an unregenerate sinner; not convinced by or unconverted to a particular religion; wicked, sinful, dissolute”.

·      In Webster’s New World Dictionary, Third College Edition, 1988: Humanitarianism is defined as “the doctrine that humankind may become perfect without divine aid”.

·      In Colliers New Dictionary of the English Language, 1928, Humanitarian is defined as “a philanthropist; an anti-Trinitarian who rejects the doctrine of Christ divinity; a perfectionist”.

·      In the Random House Webster’s College Dictionary, 1990: Humanism is defined as “any system or mode of thought or action in which human interests, values dignity predominate, especially an ethical theory that often rejects the importance of a belief in God”.

Therefore, when anyone calls himself or herself a “human being”, or a “humanitarian”, they are saying (according to every definition of these words, according to the law), “I’m an animal; I’m a monster; I’m not saved; I’m unrepentant; I’m an unregenerate sinner; I’m not converted; I’m wicked, sinful, dissolute; I’m cruel, depraved, unenlightened; I reject Christ’s divinity the importance of a belief in God”.

Scientist uses the word human as a member of the genus Homo, and the species Homo sapiens: Human form. Whereas, the bible refers to Man: even woMan is a part of Mankind. At no time is Woman separated from Man, even as Male, she is feMale. Men and Women are made in the image of God, not other species or breeds of animals. Therefore, regardless of skin color, culture, religion, or traditions, men are men and made in the image of God. Judeo-Christian beliefs are that everyone came from Adam & Eve and then even after the flood from Noah’s three sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth. Many equate the various races from one of the three sons, of each had the same mother and father. If races did evolved from Noah’s children, it would have had to be the wives of the three sons. Nevertheless, the genetics have a common source, Adam & Eve. We are one race; love each other.

Many people believe that color of their skin makes them different. However, the scientific studies show us that we are more alike than different. Any difference we can measure is socially constructed. The idea that we have evolved into subgroups or ‘race’ is clearly incorrect. The truth is we have not even been on earth long enough to create a subgroup. Populations just have not been isolated from each other long enough, to evolve into separate subspecies, or ‘race’ (Caldwell, 2013). If race were real then we should be able to find similarities within a continent and variations with different nations; however, “95% of the DNA variation studied is due to differences between individuals within any continent. If you believe that 5% makes a difference, then know it is the same difference even within a nation: in reality, you are not even the “same” with your own “people” (Caldwell, 2013).

There is no bombast in Race or the use of the term. No matter how different one may appear by superficial means, skin color, hair color, eye color, and general appearance; belong to the same species: Mankind (Caldwell, 2013). Race implies we are separated from others. The only place biblically I can imagine races being created is at the “Tower of Babel”. However, that only mentioned the languages, not a word on skin alterations. Now that men and women can travel all over the planet, we prove we are a single species, able to copulate, and produce offspring whenever we have encountered each other (Caldwell, 2013) (Gross, 2005). In addition, we can learn one another’s language.

In the 1900’s in Germany, even though Jewish people had lived and been there for generations, Germans did not want them there anymore; “to be Jewish in Germany was not simply to adhere to a set of religious beliefs or cultural practices, but meant belonging to a race that was the antithesis of the race to which true Germans belonged”. This quote shows how Germans thought they were truly the ‘master race’, and would stop at nothing to make that clear. “The identification of the Jews with the devil and witchcraft in the popular mind of the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries was perhaps the first sign of a racist view of the world”. The idea that Jews were the offspring of Shem, the son of Noah, created the idea of Semites, of which created the theory of Anti-Semitism so they could rationalize the horrible things they did. “A ‘theory’ of Anti-Semitism was created to lend scientific justification to their prejudice” (Caldwell, 2013). The truth is, hate is against God’s commandments.

In the United States, because the government thought that poor people, mostly of African ethnic characteristics, was different, they decided to do something about it. “The sterilizations were aimed at ensuring no offspring for poor people exhibiting ‘feeble mindedness, epilepsy, criminality, insanity, (and) alcoholism’, among others”. This quote is saying that the government made sure they only made ‘perfect people’ (Caldwell, 2013), once again creating an idea of a master race. An offence often repeated by many governments. In addition, many Native American tribes were wiped out in the early days following “Independence from tyranny and freedom to live as one chooses”: Declaration of Independence, 1776.

Not only did “race” issues happen a long time ago, they keep reoccurring, even in this day and age, where so many people say they are not racist (Caldwell, 2013). Race is only what society makes it; people’s thoughts on our different cultures mixed with hate, makes race. It has scientifically proven that ‘race is not real’. People cannot just forget about what has happened and continue to pretend people are not being racist, i.e. being colorblind, we need to actually just start anew, and make sure we do not keep repeating history (Caldwell, 2013).

The marriage license in fact keeps racism alive. Racism is the foundation upon which it was created. If not for the hatred of the different skin color, language, culture, religion etc., the Marriage license would not have been created. However, it was created for the purpose of mixed race marriages, of which, race does not exist. Therefore, the marriage license no longer applies as it was originally designed. The marriage license today needs to be redefined, in order for it to be used for non-traditional marriages rather then for non-existent “races”, to determine who is the protector and who is the protected, i.e. who can be sued and who is exempt; even in one gendered marriages, someone has to raise the children they adopted, should one have to go to jail or prison, the other should be exempt from testifying against their partner. Who is willing to suffer for the other in the name of Love?

If we can accept the idea that Our Father, which is in Heaven, Holy be his name, then can we agree, that the all people are his children, thus making us all brothers and sisters.[1] I may be different than you, have different talents, beliefs, customs, desires, ideas, fears, strengths, and weaknesses, but my loving and forgiving God tells me we are all his children, and commands his children to love each other.

Coverture

 

Marriage includes coverture from time immemorial, or at least it did once. The States have done their best to divide, or destroy the God-centered marriage unit, and the rights that were once attached to it. If we are to discuss marriage, we have to include coverture.

Coverture is a tradition for protecting the wife; the condition of a married woman refers to women’s lawful/legal status after marriage: lawfully/legally, upon marriage, the husband, and wife were treated as one entity.[1] By marriage, the husband and wife are one person in law: that is, the very being or legal existence of the woman is incorporated and consolidated into that of the husband: under whose wing, protection, and cover, she performs every thing: a “feme covert”, “covert-baron”, or under the protection and influence of her husband, her baron, or lord.

Coverture referred to a woman’s subordinate legal status during marriage. Before the marriage a woman could freely execute a will, enter into contracts, sue or be sued in her own name, and sell or give away her real estate or personal property as she wished. Once she married her legal existence as an individual was suspended under “marital unity,” a legal fiction in which the husband and wife were considered a single entity. The husband exercised almost exclusive power and responsibility and rarely had to consult his wife.[2] This is why you have in-laws, being of one flesh in-law; your spouse’s parents and relatives are now yours, in-law.

Marital titles of Honor: This is the origin of “Mrs.”, literally belonging to the Husband (Mr.): possessive; We tend to say Misses but it is actually “Mistress”; Mistress and Lady are titles of authority; Mistress is also used for the unknown woman who is having an affair; Miss is for a girl, young or unmarried woman, teacher, or being polite; Ms. is a new tradition for women of unknown marital status, or women who do not want their status known; Mr. is for men without some other title, like Dr., professor, master etc., Master is for male children under the age of ten, or an adult who has acquired special skills, i.e. Master Craftsman.

Since in most cultures women raised the children, while men did other things, women were not always educated and therefore, defenseless against legal matters. During coverture, the being of the wife is civilly merged, for many purposes, into that of her husband; she can, therefore, in general, make no contracts without his consent, express or implied.[3] Coverture rendered a woman unable to sue or be sued on her own behalf or to execute a will without her husband’s consent[4] and, unless some prior specific provision separating a woman’s property from her husband’s had been made, stripped a woman of control over real and personal property. To this rule there are some exceptions: she may contract, when it is for her benefit, e.g. to save her from starvation.[5] If the woman before marriage were indebted, the husband is bound afterwards to pay her debt: for he has adopted her and her circumstances together. If the wife be injured in her person or her property, she can bring no action for redress without her husband’s concurrence, and in his name, as well as her own: neither can she be sued, without making the husband a defendant, he is the head of the family.[6]

In trials of any sort, husband and wife are not allowed to be evidence for, or against, each other; if they were admitted to be witnesses for each other, they would contradict one maxim of law, “No one ought to be witness in his own cause” and if against each other, they would contradict another maxim, “No one is bound to accuse himself”. Should the husband induce her to commit crime, by threat, duress, and/or coercion, under coverture she is exempted from punishment.[7] Coverture prevents the wife from going to prison; the husband goes in her place. Thus if she is with child or they have babies/children, she can care for them. If she commits a crime of her own free will, he steps in her place, he does the punishment in her name because he loves her: as Christ died for our sin: but this extends not to treason or murder. Where the husband is dead or incapacitate in law; and, the husband being thus disabled to sue for or defend the wife, she may, under feme sole, the wife sue, defend herself, or be sued, as it would be most unreasonable if there was no remedy, or she could make no defense at all.

In case a woman is forcibly taken away, and married, she may be a witness against such her husband, in order to convict him of a felony; rape, kidnapping, fraud, theft, perjury. For in this case she can with no propriety be reckoned his wife; because a main ingredient, her consent, was wanting to the contract: and also there is another maxim of law, “that no man shall take advantage of his own wrong”; which the ravisher here would do, if by forcibly marrying a woman, he could prevent her from being a witness, who is perhaps the only witness to the facts.

The Marriage creates a condition in which a man cannot grant any thing to his wife or enter into covenant/contract with her, as it is already hers as much as his, being of one flesh: for the grant would be to suppose her separate existence; and to covenant with her, would be only to covenant with himself: and therefore it is also generally true, that all compacts made between husband and wife, when single, are voided by the marriage act. A woman indeed may be attorney/council for her husband: for that implies no separation from, but is rather a representation of, her lord. Moreover, a husband may also bequeath anything to his wife by will; for that cannot take effect until the coverture is determined by his death. The husband is bound to provide his wife with necessaries by law, as much as himself. If the two are truly one, and if she contracts debts, he is obliged to pay, as her word is the same as her husband and her agreements are valid. Christ said do all acts in my name,[8] as King of the Kingdom of Heaven; therefore if man can do things in the name of his King, the wife also does things in her husband’s name or in the name of the King, of the Kingdom of Heaven, as they are as one flesh.  

“Until death do us part”: did not refer just to the physical death of one of the couple. It also included the spiritual, mental, and/or emotional[9] death. The wages of sin is death,[10] do not sin against your spouse, it is grounds for divorce. If God is love and God is life. Love and life go hand and hand. If love dies for whatever reason, it is time to part.[11] If one is married, then love exists, God exists, life remains, and that includes the life of the marriage. Although no man separated them, as loved died from other conditions, and if divorce was truly denied, indissoluble, then this could lead to “accidents”, i.e. falling down stairs, or other death scenarios, as-well-as, adultery, polygamy, or other destructive methods. Marriage should be treated as if it is indissoluble, worked on in that respect, but divorced should never be denied. Festering hate in a loveless marriage cannot be an act of God.

These are the chief legal effects of marriage during the coverture; upon which we may observe, that even the disabilities, which the wife lies under, are for the most part intended for her protection and benefit. Today, women are educated and brilliant, but this does not mean that men should quit protecting women. It is one thing for women to ask for equality in commerce or activities related to government fictions, but in a marriage, equality is based upon what the husband and wife determine it to be, not government. Government controls commerce not marriages or God-centered activities. Men have a duty to protect women at all times not just when they are married. Likewise, women should accept it or one day the call on a sinking ship would not be, “women and children to the life rafts”; men have given up their lives for women to live, no judgments, no condemnation, no requirements, no proof or validation, they do for loved ones and strangers. Some people believe the call “women and children to the life rafts” means that women and children are equal. This is a selfish degrading of women concept. No Man, Women, or child, should ever entertain this concept; Woman is equal to Man; Men and Women have different roles in life and activities.

Coverture was disassembled in the United States through legislation at the state level beginning in Mississippi in 1839 and continuing into the 1880s. The legal status of married women was a major issue in the struggle for woman suffrage. As government gets involved, they separate husbands and wives, as the people demanded, through ignorance. When we examine the voting laws, if the two are truly one flesh, then how can one vote twice? Thus, the State divides that which God has joined as one. The reason for the destruction of coverture is not just separating man and woman, but men and women from God.

The government has no authority over God, thus in the middle ages, governments wanted a verbal statement from people to renounce their God or die. Today, we do not require a verbal statement, as your actions speak louder then words ever could. You renounce God by engaging in Godless centered activities, such as denying coverture, embracing the marriage license, believing in a false premise of “Race”, and having someone in authority over you that is not God; or embracing his commandments,[12] or traditions.
